       大原建筑设计咨询（上海）有限公司于1994年设立上海办事处，1997年正式成立公司，目前已有完整的执行团队，对于都市规划、建筑设计室内设计等业务，且有丰富的创意能力及专业经验。
       在组织与业务经营管理上，已建立专业的组织架构，并且整个公司在执行全国各地项目，制定了统一的品质控管作业模式。
       工作组织上由专司职责的各副总经理，管控公司的设计与规划、品质管理、财务控管、行政流程。建筑设计部及规划部门经理推动及控制整体各案品质，各专案经理负责执行各案流程，管理部门控管执行品质与专业深度。形成完整执行体系，达到各种项目的业方要求。
